September 2006
Syracuse, NY — October 2, 2006 — Technical communications firm, Daly Communications today announced its recent acquisition of IntegriMark, a local marketing communications agency. The addition of IntegriMark rounds out Daly’s technical communications services with enhanced capabilities in online marketing, marketing communications and public relations support. Based in Cazenovia, Daly Communications has grown steadily since its inception in 2003.
The addition of IntegriMark enables Daly to offer full service marketing communications support to its existing client base. To date, Daly has specialized in high end web design and development with a specialty in technical documentation. “This is an exciting time for us,” said David Daly, CEO of Daly Communications. “Bringing in IntegriMark allows us to offer greater marcom and PR support to existing clients. It’s a win-win for IntegriMark clients too as they now have access to our deep expertise in web design and development.”
With IntegriMark’s online marketing expertise, Daly Communications can now offer full service web marketing resources. Search engine marketing, e-promotion, online advertising management and strategic web site analysis and planning are just a few of the new services Daly Communications can now deliver. IntegriMark also contributes how-to resources in the form of its well known, web marketing site, “http:411,” which will continue to reside at www.http-411.com for free access by clients interested in becoming self-educated about web promotion.
IntegriMark’s owner and well known marketing communications expert, Trish Torrey, will stay on short term to ease the transition for her clients. Daly will eventually phase in a newly hired senior communications analyst to assist clients with marketing audits and strategy. According to Torrey, “David Daly is really building on the best of both companies through this acquisition. Both IntegriMark and Daly Communications clients can now leverage an expanded set of services to help with all their communications needs.”
Daly Communications can be found online at www.daly-communications.com. The marketing resources found on IntegriMark’s site are also still available at www.integrimark.com.
